If you can't describe what you are doing as a process,
you don't know what you're doing.                               ~ W. Edwards Deming

The Importance of Process

Process is at the heart of how work is accomplished

in the execution of the organization's mission. Poor performance is inevitably associated with some type of process failure or shortcoming.

Organizational processes define the rules of engagement between the various internal functions and external entities that comprise the organization. These processes are often based on the formal and informal relationships between organizational groups.

Processes are established based on assumptions that may be factual or perceptual. To be effective, processes must also align with corporate culture and strategy.

Process Change

Process change is the physical manifestation of changes in strategic intent. Leadership must be adept at improving old processes as well as designing and implementing new processes that are effective in realizing organizational strategies. Be it in manufacturing, sales, accounting, or human resources, processes are the operational key to improved performance.

Positive Impact has demonstrated competency in process analysis, design, improvement, and most importantly implementation.
